Participatory Governance at Â鶹AV refers to the participation of faculty, staff, and students in institutional decision-making. Â鶹AV values the voices of its constituent groups; good decisions are made when groups are able to share and listen to diverse perspectives.
Through Â鶹AV’s participatory governance, constituent groups communicate their perspectives and voices to those who have the responsibility for making final institutional decisions: the Superintendent/President and the Board of Trustees.
