Who We Are 

Our team is a collaboration between the Public Information Office and Reprographics, combining efforts to develop and execute strategic marketing communications campaigns, manage governmental relations, and provide support for publicity, promotion, advertising, marketing, and branding. We also play a crucial role in emergency situations, providing clear and effective communication before, during, and after any crisis. 

What We Do 

We support a wide range of initiatives, including student recruitment, government and donor relations, and promoting college-wide campaigns. Every faculty and staff member are encouraged to work with our department to maximize visibility for their programs, events, and workshops. We are here to help you achieve your communication goals with a variety of services designed to showcase Â鶹AV.

Our Services 

1. Advertising Our department manages all external advertising for Â鶹AV. We ensure consistent messaging and a unified public presence while securing competitive pricing for all promotional efforts. 
2. Brand Identity Standards We oversee Â鶹AV’s branding, ensuring that logos, colors, and design standards are used consistently. With the introduction of our newest Desert Warrior mascot, we are finalizing a comprehensive brand guide for the 2024-25 academic year. 3. Digital Content We collaborate with various departments to create digital content such as videos, photography, newsletters, web content, and more, ensuring that Â鶹AV’s message reaches the widest audience across multiple platforms. 
4. Event Materials Need display materials for your event? We can assist with design and ordering of banners, tablecloths, tents, and other promotional items that align with Â鶹AV’s branding. Contact us for more details. 
5. Promotional Items and Swag From mugs to tote bags, we help you order branded promotional items for your department or event. Reach out to us at communications@imperial.edu to get started. 
6. Publications Our team produces brochures, posters, flyers, and other printed materials to promote Â鶹AV. Some of our major publications include the annual college catalog, the Â鶹AV Event Calendar, and the annual report. 
7. Social Media We manage Â鶹AV’s official social media accounts and provide guidance on social media best practices. Contact us to receive our social media guidelines and schedule an onboarding session for your department.
